As we expand our Paid Acquisition Division, we are looking for a Junior Media Buyer to support and scale our high-impact advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

🎯 Your Role: Assist, Optimize & Grow in Paid Media

 

As a Junior Media Buyer, you will work alongside our senior media buyers to execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns. Your mission? Learn, analyze, and drive performance improvements while gaining expertise in digital advertising.

 

πŸ”₯ What You’ll Do:

 

βœ… Campaign Setup & Execution – Assist in launching and optimizing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid channels.

 

βœ… Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV, providing insights to improve campaign results.

 

βœ… A/B Testing & Experimentation – Support in running tests on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance efficiency.

 

βœ… Budget & Bid Strategy Support – Help manage ad spend allocation to ensure maximum ROAS and cost efficiency.

 

βœ… Creative Collaboration – Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting ad creatives.

 

βœ… Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to adapt our campaigns.

 

βœ… Automation & Optimization – Learn to use scripts and tools to streamline media buying operations and improve results.

 

βœ… Cross-Channel Coordination – Work with team members to align paid media strategies with influencer marketing and organic growth efforts.

 

πŸ”₯ What We’re Looking For:

 

πŸš€ Fluent in French & English – Strong communication and reporting skills.

 

πŸš€ Educational Background – A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is a plus.

 

πŸš€ Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment – Previous experience in an agency or high-growth e-commerce environment is a strong plus, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

 

πŸš€ Proven Track Record in E-Commerce – Hands-on experience managing CRM strategies, lifecycle marketing, or performance-driven campaigns, ideally with at least $50K in monthly ad spend managed profitably.

 

πŸš€ Passion for Digital Advertising & CRM – Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

 

πŸš€ Analytical & Data-Driven – Strong ability to interpret customer data, campaign performance, and user behavior insights to optimize results.

 

πŸš€ Proficiency in CRM & Advertising Tools – Familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (experience is a plus, but training is provided).
