At EMF, we are looking for exceptional media buyers. This exciting junior role is perfect for digital marketing enthusiasts with an elementary understanding of Paid Social Media Marketing. Your Responsibilities will include:

As a Junior Media Buyer, you will start mainly with supporting the entire Paid Media team in executing their day-to-day Adbuying tasks. You will be trained and have the opportunity to learn the EMF Media buying process and harness your technical skills needed to assist the team with the following:

  • Manage campaigns for smaller accounts, focusing on key achieving performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring campaign success.
  • Perform daily optimization of ads across various social paid channels to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Schedule and implement landing page changes to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
  • Upload ads and execute other actions on ad accounts to support small and medium-sized businesses in their daily operations.
  • Build effective campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategies.
  • Conduct creative testing to iterate and improve ad creatives, aiming to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

  • Have worked in a fast-paced working environment, e-commerce field, or agency.
  • Familiar with processes like briefing, creative testing, working with copywriting teams, etc…
  • Be a great communicator and a fast learner.
  • Fluency in English is required (proficiency in French is advantageous, as we prioritize candidates with strong French language skills).
