Marketing Assistant / Ninja

Your main mission.

  • You are the one who effectively supports the entire team especially the Accounts Manager in their day-to-day Marketing operational tasks. From managing marketing tools to administrative requests, you ensure everything runs successfully.
  • You are a ‘shinobi’ who has a high aptitude for automation of processes and project management. To ensure efficiency and productivity, you are ‘ever-ready’ to provide all the necessary functional support to the team – allowing them to focus on their core missions (such as strategy development and implementation).
  • You put high importance on effective research, compiling, data management, tracking, and producing reports.



Things you need to tackle every day:

  • Execute missions of a wide range of activities that require you to be very organized, focused, and results-driven (project management is in your blood!)
  • Take on various day to day marketing administrative tasks including but not limited to reporting, updating datasheets, tracking of orders, liaising with stakeholders
  • Coordinating translations, managing inputs, and outputs for the Content and Creative departments
  • Create and manage a multitude of Google Sheets (must be an expert at this);
  • Create deck presentations and organise information;
  • Support the Accounts manager in handling projects and communicating with our customers daily

  • You are an excellent communicator, reliable and trustworthy

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset which translates to your resourcefulness, flexibility, and out of the box thinking;
  • Work well with computers, software tools, and for you, it’s literally ‘no-sweat’ in learning new ones!
  • Expert at Microsoft Excel, proficient with Asana, e-commerce tools (e.g.Shopify,Cubyn), Google Suites, Slack, Zoom etc.
  • You have experience in an e-commerce/startup environment
  • Native in French and fluent in English is a MUST!
