As we scale our Paid Acquisition Division, we are looking for a Senior SEM Media Buyer to drive high-performance Google Ads and Search campaigns, optimizing efficiency and profitability at scale.

🎯 Your Role: Optimize, Scale & Dominate Paid Search

 

As a Senior SEM Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google and Bing. Your mission? Leverage data, refine bidding strategies, and drive exceptional performance.

 

πŸ”₯ What You’ll Do:

 

βœ… End-to-End SEM Strategy Execution – Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for e-commerce and lead-gen brands.

 

βœ… Budget & Bid Strategy Management – Manage large-scale budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximum ROAS.

 

βœ… Keyword Research & Audience Targeting – Identify high-intent keywords and implement advanced targeting strategies to capture and convert the right audiences.

 

βœ… Performance Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV, and CAC, delivering data-driven insights for optimization.

 

βœ… A/B Testing & Experimentation – Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding models, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.

 

βœ… Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Work with designers and developers to improve landing page performance and reduce drop-offs.

 

βœ… Competitive Research & Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of Google’s evolving ad formats, bidding algorithms, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

 

βœ… Automation & Scripts – Leverage automation tools, scripts, and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and scale campaigns effectively.

 

βœ… Cross-Channel Synergy – Align SEM strategies with paid social, display, and organic search efforts for holistic growth.

πŸš€ Fluent in French & English – Strong communication and reporting skills.

 

πŸš€ Proven Experience – Minimum 4+ years in E-commerce, in agencies working in E-commerce, managing large-scale Google Ads budgets.

 

πŸš€ Expert in Google Ads & Bing Ads – Deep knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Performance Max, Discovery Ads, YouTube Ads, and SA360.

 

πŸš€ Data-Driven & Analytical – Strong ability to interpret Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution models.

 

πŸš€ Advanced Bidding & Budget Management – Experience with manual, automated, and smart bidding strategies for efficiency and scale.

 

πŸš€ Strong CRO & Landing Page Optimization Skills – Understanding of user behavior, conversion psychology, and funnel optimization.

 

πŸš€ Problem-Solver & Innovator – Ability to analyze performance issues, troubleshoot tracking problems, and adapt strategies accordingly.

 

πŸš€ E-commerce & Lead Gen Experience – Experience in DTC brands, marketplaces, or high-growth digital environments is a plus.
