As a Senior SEM Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google and Bing. Your mission? Leverage data, refine bidding strategies, and drive exceptional performance.
β End-to-End SEM Strategy Execution β Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for e-commerce and lead-gen brands.
β Budget & Bid Strategy Management β Manage large-scale budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximum ROAS.
β Keyword Research & Audience Targeting β Identify high-intent keywords and implement advanced targeting strategies to capture and convert the right audiences.
β Performance Analytics & Reporting β Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV, and CAC, delivering data-driven insights for optimization.
β A/B Testing & Experimentation β Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding models, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.
β Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) β Work with designers and developers to improve landing page performance and reduce drop-offs.
β Competitive Research & Trend Analysis β Stay ahead of Googleβs evolving ad formats, bidding algorithms, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

π Fluent in French & English β Strong communication and reporting skills.
π Proven Experience β Minimum 4+ years in E-commerce, in agencies working in E-commerce, managing large-scale Google Ads budgets.
π Expert in Google Ads & Bing Ads β Deep knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Performance Max, Discovery Ads, YouTube Ads, and SA360.
π Data-Driven & Analytical β Strong ability to interpret Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution models.
π Advanced Bidding & Budget Management β Experience with manual, automated, and smart bidding strategies for efficiency and scale.
π Strong CRO & Landing Page Optimization Skills β Understanding of user behavior, conversion psychology, and funnel optimization.
