About the Role

 

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the development of high-performing ad creatives designed to maximise conversions through data-driven messaging, sharp angles, and platform-optimised formats.

 

In this role, you will translate marketing objectives and performance insights into data-backed creative strategies. Working closely with Performance Managers, Designers, Video Editors, and Copywriters, you will ensure each ad is optimised for acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

 

You bring a sharp, creative eye, an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of how to blend brand voice with direct-response marketing. This is a strategic role with strong ownership over the creative production process, bridging concept, execution, and performance outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Creative Strategy & Performance Alignment

 

Drive creative decisions that are rooted in data, aligned with campaign objectives, and designed to maximise business outcomes.

 

  • Develop full-funnel creative concepts that support paid media performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.

 

  • Use audience psychology, customer research, and competitor benchmarks to craft compelling messaging strategies.

 

  • Build structured creative roadmaps tied to campaign KPIS (CTR, ROAS, CVR, AOV, CPA).

 

  • Collaborate with media teams to identify high-impact creative angles and storytelling approaches.

 

2. Creative Briefing & Production Oversight

 

Ensure the execution of high-performing content through precise, actionable, and strategic briefs.

  • Own the briefing process for internal and external creative contributors (designers, editors, copywriters).

 

  • Create standard brief templates to reduce misalignment and improve delivery speed.

 

  • Monitor creative quality and provide structured feedback loops to accelerate iteration.

 

  • Test a variety of formats (UGC, motion, statics, multi-frame ads, interactive assets) to maximise engagement.

 

3. UGC Strategy & Creator Collaboration

 

Lead the integration of creator-generated content into the broader performance framework.

 

  • Oversee sourcing, briefing, and coordination of UGC creators aligned with campaign objectives.

 

  • Track content performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and implement optimisation loops.

 

  • Build segmented creator pools by vertical and manage scaled outreach and collaboration.

 

  • Ensure seamless integration of UGC into paid ads, in collaboration with creative and media teams.

 

4. Creative Performance Reporting & Optimisation

 

Apply a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine creative strategies.

 

  • Develop structured testing roadmaps to evaluate messaging, format, and visual variables.

 

  • Deliver post-campaign creative reports with clear recommendations for improvement.

 

  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on content performance data.

 

  • Work closely with paid media and analytics teams to tie creative insights directly to business results.

 

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

Ensure tight alignment with growth stakeholders to scale what works faster.

 

  • Sync regularly with Performance Managers, CRM leads, and Growth stakeholders to ensure creative priorities align with business targets.

 

  • Translate testing insights and creative learnings into team-wide best practices.

 

  • Participate in strategic planning for product launches, seasonal pushes, and multi-channel campaigns.

 

6. Trend Scouting & Innovation

 

Maintain a forward-thinking, creative edge by continuously exploring new trends and formats.

 

  • Research and test emerging creative formats, storytelling frameworks, and platform features.

 

  • Build and maintain a swipe file and concept library to accelerate future creative ideation.

 

  • Identify opportunities to differentiate brand positioning through creative execution.

Who You Are

 

  • You have 3–5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy, ideally within high-growth e-commerce or agency environments.

 

  • You understand how to develop creative that drives conversions, crafting performance-first concepts optimised for CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other acquisition KPIS.

 

  • You’re confident working across social paid channels and adapting content for each platform.

 

  • You know how to brief and collaborate with creative contributors across formats.

 

  • You thrive in cross-functional settings, working closely with growth, media, and design teams.

 

  • You’re comfortable balancing creative instinct with performance data and making fast decisions in dynamic environments.
