As a good Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead complex business/technical integrations and impact our client’s products through data-driven decisions.
As a great Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for thinking, and conceptualising an end-to-end execution of growth strategies intending to generate higher revenues. Not only you’ll be responsible for strategising activities involving: communication, delivering valuable offerings to audiences and business partners, you will also specialise in profitably scaling traffic via content and distribution channels.

What you will do:
Working with the CEO and COO, you will help oversee our Paid Social, Influencers, Affiliates, Paid Search, and Display channels, elevating the knowledge and skills of each channels’ managers and specialists.
You will be responsible for the performance of the execution teams – Paid, Influencer Marketing, Creatives & Content Teams.
Your main mission is to facilitate the growth of the agency through the careful development of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that will promote our client’s brands while upscaling their competitive advantage. This also translates to the growth of the agency as a whole.
Specifically, you will; Monitor DSPs algorithms (especially FB/IG) and make sure we follow best practices when optimizing for them.
Obsessively drive creative testing across different platforms, monitoring relevant KPIs, and motivating the stakeholders to A/B test multiple assets.
Constantly look for ways to scale up all channels across all markets.
Own and manage all the tracking processes for Paid social and Influence marketing across all our channels/brands.
Create a differentiated and effective end-to-end digital channel and content strategies (content, social, influencers, Google, eCommerce).
Support match market testing and channel testing.
Track ROI, CPAs and help to develop LTV framework.
Proactively manage against targets.
As the execution team leads define and create customer journey maps, you will then be the one to validate them and ensure they are in line with the brand’s expectations and objectives.
All in all, you will be overviewing the work and strategies around the creative productions, deliverables, their planning, implementation, workload delegation and other relevant processes. More importantly, you will be managing and overseeing the work of the team leads for Paid, Creative and Influence departments
What we expect from you.
You are an expert knowledgeable in every stakes involved, challenges and strategies on how to overcome them etc., with regards to each platform’s ecosystem and role (e.g. FB Ads,Influence, Snapchat,Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads and so on).
A high-level understanding of – Facebook/Instagram platforms’ algorithms, stakes, strategies etc… is especially important.
5+ years of experience managing Paid Social, Paid Search, influence marketing, and creative strategies.
eCommerce experience is a must.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, FB Ads Manager, and their key algorithm updates.
Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify.
Expert Knowledge of attribution models.
Strong leadership skills, accustomed to working directly with leadership teams and senior business owners.
You are an exceptional leader with the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level and to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
Highly data-driven and analytical with a capability of turning insights into actions that derive results.
Proven experience leading high-performing, highly engaged, and collaborative paid channels teams.
Native in English (French fluency is a plus!)
