About the Role

 

The Influencer Coordinator is at the heart of EMF Media’s Influence team, executing the outreach, sourcing, and relationship management processes that power high-performance influencer campaigns.


You will be responsible for identifying top-fit creators, managing negotiations and contracts, and ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution across multiple clients and platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented operator with excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and a results-driven mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Execution & Outreach Management

Drive high-volume, high-precision outreach to secure influencer partnerships.

 

  • Execute large-scale influencer outreach while maintaining quality control.
  • Follow structured outreach systems to maximise engagement and reply rates.
  • Ensure influencer selections are aligned with brand goals and audience fit.
  • Collaborate with Influence Managers to streamline execution workflows.
  • Track all interactions using CRM tools and maintain reporting accuracy.

 

2. Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Development

 

Identify and nurture top creators for campaign success and long-term value.

 

  • Research and source influencers based on platform, audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Work with Influence Managers to continuously improve targeting and outreach quality.
  • Keep the influencer database clean, up to date, and insight-rich.

 

3. Negotiation & Contract Execution

 

Secure the best partnerships while moving fast and staying on budget.

 

  • Handle negotiations with creators to ensure fair, effective, and timely agreements.
  • Align contract terms with campaign deliverables and timelines.
  • Reduce negotiation delays through clear templates and decision paths.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for fast approvals and legal compliance.

 

4. Campaign Coordination & Execution Speed

 

Be the engine behind timely campaign delivery and operational smoothness.

 

  • Own campaign checklists and workflows to guarantee timely execution.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks proactively to maintain project flow.
  • Deliver regular updates on outreach progress and campaign status.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed with 100% timeline adherence.

 

5. Data Accuracy & Reporting

 

Ensure all influencer data is complete, clean, and actionable.

 

  • Maintain precise records of outreach, negotiation stages, and deliverables.
  • Ensure influencer content, payments, and contracts are logged in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with data teams to generate insight-driven reports.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly summaries on execution and performance KPIs.

 

6. Cross-Team Collaboration & Internal Communication

 

Operate as a strong communicator and reliable team partner across functions.

 

  • Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Content, and Creative teams for alignment.
  • Ensure campaign creative and messaging align with performance objectives.
  • Respond to team needs and updates within 24 hours to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to improve strategy and execution alignment.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or campaign coordination.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in outreach and negotiation.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, databases, and project tracking tools.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude and a bias for action.
