Every day, you are to provide administrative and operations assistance for high-level executives and the entire team. You are expected to be well-organized and comfortable in taking the lead in internal projects, internal communications, and responding to emails on the Executive’s behalf.
  • In short, you would also be the « go-to person » who works closely with the COO and CEO to manage their calendar and schedule meetings for them when needed. In addition to being a superhero in organising processes, and documents, assisting in accounting, hiring, and preparing reports, your powers transcend to onboarding processes you always have a helping hand ready to extend across all departments! »

 

Hello, future Wonder EA, Sophia here! Wanna know how will you make an impact in our team?

  • « By communicating with team members & partners on behalf of the CEO;
  • Creating, managing, and controlling a multitude of Google Sheets (must be an expert at this!);
  • Making deck presentations & organising information;
  • Doing Competitive Research if needed
  • Preparing Weekly Reports, End of Month reports etc., on the agency level & other as-needed reports;
  • By managing and processing invoices
  • Assisting me, and other executives in facilitating complex projects internally & seeing the project through to the end;
  • Implementing organisational processes internally that will improve the efficiency and productivity overall
  • Through exceptional calendar management for executives and aid in preparing for meetings (e.g. drafting slides, meeting notes, documents etc.)
  • Bringing support to the HR projects (sourcing, recruitment, and other ad hoc tasks) »

  • You have experience in an e-commerce/startup environment, and Fluency in French is a plus!
