About the Role

 

The Graphic & Motion Designer focuses on producing high-impact assets designed to drive performance across channels, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

 

You will work at the intersection of design, motion, and performance marketing, crafting static visuals and motion graphics that boost CTRS, engagement, and conversions across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and more. You’re creative, data-aware, and obsessed with impact.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

1. Graphic Design

 

Create eye-catching visuals that reinforce brand identity while driving performance.

 

  • Design static graphics for social paid ads.

 

  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms by adhering to guidelines.

 

  • Collaborate with Copywriters Strategists, and Creative Strategists to bring concepts to life.

 

  • Iterate on creatives based on performance data (A/B testing, click-through, conversions).

 

2. Motion Graphics

 

Bring campaigns to life with animation, motion graphics.

 

  • Design animated ads and visual assets optimised for conversion.

 

  • Apply motion storytelling principles to increase watch time and engagement.

 

3. Performance-Driven Design

 

Let data guide your creativity to maximise marketing outcomes.

 

  • Build and test creative variations to improve CTR, ROAS, and CVR.

 

  • Leverage motion-specific performance metrics (e.g. hook rate, VTR, CTR) to iterate and optimise creative assets.

 

  • Adapt visuals to platform-specific best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

 

  • Develop repeatable creative frameworks for testing, scaling, and reporting.

 

4. Trend & Market Research

 

Stay on the pulse of creative innovation to ensure relevance and performance.

 

  • Monitor design and motion trends across advertising and digital media.

 

  • Incorporate fresh ideas into concepting and production pipelines.

 

  • Analyse competitors’ creative outputs for inspiration and differentiation.

 

  • Propose bold visual styles that stand out in-feed and align with audience behaviour.

 

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

 

Ensure creative alignment across departments and campaign goals.

 

  • Partner with Performance Managers, Creatives Strategists, Copywriter Strategists and Media Buyers to understand what’s working.

 

  • Integrate feedback loops from the creative and strategy teams.

 

  • Align visual narratives with campaign objectives and brand positioning.

 

6. Automation & Efficiency Optimisation

 

Scale your output without sacrificing quality.

 

  • Implement tools and workflows to automate repetitive design tasks.

 

  • Maintain a clear and consistent system for asset naming and versioning.

 

  • Contribute to internal dashboards to track creative performance.

 

  • Continuously refine workflows to reduce friction and increase output velocity.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing paid social ad creatives for e-commerce brands.

 

  • Has worked in a performance agency environment or a similar fast-paced structure with a clear focus on direct response and performance outcomes.

 

  • Proven experience producing high-quality creative assets for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube, specifically for paid social campaigns.

 

  • Fluent/native French speaker, with strong sensitivity to visual and cultural nuances across French-speaking audiences.

 

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

 

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing logic and creative KPIS, and ability to translate data into design decisions.

 

  • Strong eye for typography, layout, motion rhythm, and visual hierarchy.

 

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with short lead times and high creative standards.

 

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or AI-assisted creative tools.
