Is to be THE warrior that supports the Influencer Marketing Coordinators in their day-to-day operational tasks. From marketing tools to administrative requests, you ensure everything runs successfully. You are a ‘shinobi’ who has a high aptitude for automation of processes within the Influence Marketing Department.
To ensure efficiency and productivity, you are ‘ever-ready’ to provide all the necessary functional support to the team – allowing them to focus on their core missions (such as strategy development and implementation).
Put high importance on effective research, compiling, and reporting on relevant trends and statistical data and its impact on the successful completion of campaigns.
Things you need to tackle every day:
Execute missions of a wide range of activities that require you to be very organized, focused, and results-driven
Take on various day to day tasks of the Influence Department including but not limited to tracking of orders, outreaching, sending reminders, updating the database, and other relevant actionable tasks
Create and manage a multitude of Google Sheets (must be an expert at this);
Create deck presentations and organise information;
Assist in doing Competitive Research, copymining for our clients, and doing other basic influencer marketing tasks.
Support the influencer coordinators in handling complex data related to the brands and campaigns as we build structures & see the campaigns and collaborations through to the end

Expert at Microsoft Excel, proficient with Asana, e-commerce tools (e.g.Shopify,Cubyn), Google Suites, Slack, Zoom etc.
You have experience in an e-commerce/startup environment, and Fluency in French is a plus!
