Join our innovative team as an Email Marketer / Copywriter in our newly established department, exclusively dedicated to ecommerce brands and pure performance-oriented strategies, focused on creating and developing landing pages and email designs. This department is dedicated to enhancing our digital marketing efforts by producing high-quality, visually appealing, and effective web and email assets.

We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker who can craft compelling email campaigns that engage our audience and drive results. In this role, you will be responsible for writing persuasive copy, designing effective email templates, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Develop an effective email marketing strategy tailored to the goals and target audience of ecommerce brands, with a performance-oriented approach.
Set up automated email flows like welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, etc.
Design high-converting email campaigns with persuasive copywriting and visuals working with a copywriter.
Build and continuously grow the email subscriber list through various tactics.
Analyze email marketing metrics like open rates, click rates, conversions, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Use asana to organize email marketing events + new campaign sprints.

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrate strong copywriting and proofreading abilities to craft engaging email content for ecommerce brands, with a pure performance-oriented focus.
Understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and relevant laws/regulations.
Technical skills to work with email marketing tools – Klaviyo.
Analytical skills to interpret email performance data and optimize campaigns.
Knowledge of the brand’s products/services and target audience preferences.
Creativity to design visually appealing and on-brand email templates.
Collaboration and communication skills to work closely with client and team internally.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple email campaigns simultaneously.
Fluent in English & French.
