  4. Used to play a vital role in mapping long-term plans and program initiatives geared towards business operational excellence? Have what it takes to take the brands to the next level?

Can you do the following missions?

  • Take charge and be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversee a wide range of cross-functional processes and functions that facilitate effective collaboration and communication within the organisation and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage projects and processes from operations to overseeing marketing campaigns, finance, and liaising with other third-party partners. Hence working alongside the founder making sure his visions for the brand come to fruition!
  • Take the lead in reporting, budgeting, and finding solutions to better the company’s performance making it as seamless as possible.
  • Work in an e-commerce (remote) environment, you will be developing, implementing, and improving day-to-day key operational processes. (Such as setting up KPIs to ensure exceptional performance results for the brand.)
  • Manage resources and the internal team which includes but is not limited to onboarding and the entire team member lifecycle.
  • Oversee the production, optimise the supply chain and ensure that orders are fulfilled and shipped, or do audits if necessary.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and liaise with external partners and vendors.
