As we scale our Performance Marketing Division, we are looking for a Performance Manager to drive data-backed strategies and optimize campaign performance across multiple channels.

As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies to drive growth and efficiency for our clients. Your mission? Leverage data, refine strategies, and ensure every marketing euro delivers maximum impact.

Strategic Leadership β Define and drive the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives while effectively guiding media buyers and CRM teams.
β Full-Funnel Growth Ownership β Oversee end-to-end account management, ensuring a holistic marketing approach beyond media buying to maximize performance.
β CRM & Lifecycle Management β Develop data-driven customer engagement strategies, implement marketing calendars, and optimize retention and acquisition efforts.
β Budget & Stakeholder Management β Manage budgets efficiently and collaborate with key e-commerce stakeholders (agencies, affiliates, tech partners) to drive scalable growth.
β E-Commerce Analytics & Performance Tracking β Analyze and interpret key e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, CVR) to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
β Offer & Bundle Strategy β Design and execute high-impact promotional strategies, including offers and product bundles, to maximize revenue and profitability.
β Client Insights & Data-Driven Recommendations β Analyze customer data, loyalty points, and engagement trends to provide strategic recommendations that enhance marketing performance and customer experience.
β Trusted Advisor & Relationship Management β Act as a real expert for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their challenges, and providing actionable insights to help them optimize their strategies and achieve their goals.
π Fluent in French & English β Strong communication and reporting skills.
π Proven Experience β Minimum 3+ years in performance marketing with a focus on paid media and data analysis.
π Expert in Paid Advertising β Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
π Data-Driven & Analytical β Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, or similar tools.
π Strong Budget & Strategy Management β Experience handling six-figure monthly ad budgets.
π Technical Skills β Knowledge of tracking (GA4, Pixel, GTM, attribution models) and ability to troubleshoot issues.
π Problem-Solver & Innovator β Ability to think critically, adapt strategies, and scale campaigns efficiently.
π E-commerce & DTC Experience β Experience working with e-commerce brands, DTC companies, or high-growth startups is a plus.
π Team & Client Relationship Management β Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain high-value client relationships while effectively managing a team.
